What is misonikomi-udon?

Both MISO and UDON are eaten throughout Japan. This dish, which is prepared by combining MISO and UDON, is especially popular in Nagoya.
A characteristic type of MISO is used in this area. This MISO tastes slightly different from the miso soup, which is already well known.
