Preparation time: 5 minutes

 

1. Boil the udon noodles in boiling water until the frozen noodle pile becomes loose.

2. Take the noodles out of the pot and cool them down in running water.

What is Rei-shabu Oroshi Cold Udon?

 

Cold udon noodles with grated garden radish, perilla leaves and thin slices of pork.
Grating the garden radish makes a mushy soup, which makes it easy to obtain more nutrients.
