Preparation time: 5 minutes

 

1. Put the soup seasoning (broth ingredients) into a bowl.

2. Pour 350 ml of hot water into the bowl on top of the above ingredients and stir well.

3. Boil the ramen noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain the water with a sieve.

4. Pour the noodles into the soup and mix gently.

5. Arrange the usual side dishes (everything),

What is TONKOTSU Ramen?

 

This ramen is a specialty of North Kyushu Japan, especially Fukuoka.
The broth of pork fat and collagen is emulsified with water and looks cloudy white.
It is mistakenly believed to be rich in fat. But this is not true.
Ramen noodles spread all over the world. Among them, this type of tonkotsu flavor is the most popular.
The ramen restaurants are now also popular in Paris and New York.
